Ambassadors & Teens With Wings (ATW) was established in April 2015 in Mobile, Alabama as a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to empowering young women to rise above life’s challenges with strength, purpose, and confidence.

ATW was founded on the principle that mentorship changes lives. Through structured guidance, leadership development, and faith-centered values, we equip young women with the tools necessary to become confident leaders, responsible citizens, and impactful voices in their communities.
